A consultative and
coordinative plan was prepared with the beneficiaries and stakeholders in Lahej
and Abyan governorates, suppliers and partner organizations in order to find
ways of cooperation and facilitate the work for the working team. In addition
to find mediators through communicating with operated organizations of local
community in the two governorates. Also the coordination was through meetings
held centrally with (Reyada ONG + suppliers). And the coordinative workshop
that held by UNDP in Aden gathered all partners with local authorities, through
direct communication of ADAWR administrative team with partners (Reyada +
suppliers + governmental stakeholders, coordinators in two governorates and
follow districts).

of local community in Lahej and Abyan governorates to expedite implementation
without obstacles.
