1.1. Coordination plan with the partners



A consultative and coordinative plan was prepared with the beneficiaries and stakeholders in Lahej and Abyan governorates, suppliers and partner organizations in order to find ways of cooperation and facilitate the work for the working team. In addition to find mediators through communicating with operated organizations of local community in the two governorates. Also the coordination was through meetings held centrally with (Reyada ONG + suppliers). And the coordinative workshop that held by UNDP in Aden gathered all partners with local authorities, through direct communication of ADAWR administrative team with partners (Reyada + suppliers + governmental stakeholders, coordinators in two governorates and follow districts).

-       Knowledge of all guidance, instructions and policies that will be followed in project implementation

1.        Attending 4 meetings with UNDP discussing instructions, work policies and mechanism of coordination with implementing partners
Attend meetings with partners in Sana’a

1.        meeting with Reyada Corporation the partner in implementation in Hodiedah and Hajja governorates discussing the unifying of work mechanism, monitoring method and unifying the shape of forms and reports:
-     Forms of central sample test.
-     Form of testing before installation.
-     Form of installation.
-     Form of operation and performance.
-     Report of central sample test.
2.        Preparation of unified presentation of the methodology of monitoring of implementation to be presented in the coordinative workshop held by UNDP in Sana’a and Aden with local authorities.

Coordinating joint work plan identifying the requirement of data and information (date and place of central samples test + date and plan of field visits + contacts resources for managers of targeted facilities + data and sites of targeted facilities.
3.        Meetings with suppliers (Sehab Tech for Green technology – Alwahbani for electronics and solar energy to coordinate a joint work plan and exchange of information
-  Documentation of introduction with governmental partners and recognizing Adwar's role and tasks nature in the project.
-  Defining requirements, polices of dealing, procedures and sites of targeted facilities.
-  Organizing the contacts sources of direct responsible for the targeted facilities and share them.
-  Interaction and the cooperation of official sides, beneficiaries and Organizations of local community in Lahej and Abyan governorates to expedite implementation without obstacles.

-     Presenting presentation of methodology of monitoring and executive plan ADAWR.
-     Participating in 4 committees with governmental partners: ( committee of working on intervention of the 4th quarter of 2016 – committee of working on the priorities of 2017 – committee working on putting mechanism between all parties/ stakeholders)
-       Exchange of information and sources of contacts with the participants of workshop.
