1.1. Selecting team of the Project



The plan of human resources approved after deep study of project requirements of staff to get the job done efficiently and qualitatively and professionally, as follows:
-     Administration Team: 3 employees were chosen from Adwar Organization, they have experience and expertise in audit work, evaluation and supervision the mission of Monitoring the installation of the Solar Systems in the two targeted governorates. In addition to the preparation of training programs and designing forms of impact measure.
-     Engineering Team: consists of 5 engineers (Head of Engineering Team, in addition to 4 field engineers in each district). In addition to a temporary consultant engineer in Sana'a. the selecting criteria was: 
-     Inhabitants (sons) of targeted areas and districts.
-     Experienced in installing solar systems and evaluation of sites.
-     Experienced in evaluation of the requirements of solar system sites.
-     Experienced in making user guidance and carry out monitoring such as monitoring missions.
-     Fluent in English.

-     Mechanism of Selection: the mechanism was by attracting engineering team through the local coordinators Adawr Organization and the networks of partner and allied local Organizations. The selection process underwent thought competition and differentiation in accordance with specific criteria.
