The central samples test:
Description of Activity:
This
activity includes the test and examination of samples by using reliable test
tools and checking manufacturing date, storage condition and checking its
compliance of quality standards and technical specification provided by UNDP to
suppliers: Sehab Tech 1500W – Al-Wahbani 1000W.

Report of sample test results.

Defined places of sample test with the
coordination of suppliers. The test process was tackled by the consultant
engineer of Adawr Organization for the systems (1000W-1500W) in different
places; in the stores of Sehab Tech, Al-wahabani and finally in the premises
of Reyada Corporation. Where the systems installed and operated for 3 days by
suppliers then examined by engineers testing effectiveness in accordance with
the centrally defined standards and specifications.

Note:
- The
specified period of the central sample test which was decided in the plan as
one day was exceeded however it took 10 days; this is because some equipment of
1000 W of the supplier Al-Wahbani did not match the standards and
specifications that were agreed centrally. Where it was stipulated on
(Al-Wahbani) by the engineer to change some equipment such as batteries and
inverters that we re
changed accordingly. However, the engineers in Adawr suggested installing and
operating 1000W system in the premises of Reyada NGO for 3 days to do test and
examination procedures and to agree on them after testing.
- Test
and examination of 1500W system of the supplier Sehab Tech, it was matching
with the standards agreed centrally.
